No-obligation inquiry or direct order You can use our Shop to inquire about any product or, if you have no more questions, to order the product directly.
Shipping costs Shipping within Germany via UPS (Standard): 5.62 € plus VAT We calculate shipping abroad individually based on the product. The same applies if you have special requests regarding the manner of shipping (e.g. "Express").
Payment options We generally ship to our customers in Germany with an invoice; we also offer this to new customers up to a goods value of 1,000.- €. We ask our international customers to understand that shipment can only be made upon credit card payment (VISA/MASTER) or pre-paid.
Test for 30 days All products can be ordered from W&T as samples. If the sample is returned within 30 days, you will pay only for the return shipping charges; our customers abroad will be credited with the pre-paid value of the product(s) minus bank charges.
Delivery: Standard articles ordered by 4 pm are generally shipped the same day via UPS. If for some reason we are unable to ship the same day, we will contact you immediately.
Local distributor? If you indicate which country the product is to be shipped to, we can also tell you whether there is a distributor in that country. You then have the option of inquiring about the selected products directly with the distributor.
