USB Redirector

The W&T USB Redirector allows local USB devices to be connected easily and reliably via the network. Both as a replacement for missing hardware USB ports and for integration into virtual environments such as VMware®, Hyper-V®, etc. or as a powerful line driver over longer distances, your USB communication becomes fully network-compatible.

USB over network: easy integration and full transparency

Install the USB Redirector on your system, and your USB device will behave as if it were connected directly to your PC. The Wiesemann and Theis USB servers integrate connected devices into your existing network via TCP/IP without the need for driver adjustments or complex configurations. USB devices can also be used across multiple rooms, floors, or buildings without any loss of performance or instability.

Support for all USB devices and modes

The USB Redirector supports all USB standards up to USB 3.0 / USB 3.2 Gen 1. This includes both classic USB peripherals such as dongles, printers, and data carriers, as well as isochronous devices for audio, video, and measurement technology. Transparent protocol conversion eliminates compatibility lists, and all USB devices are addressed as if they were connected locally.
