Monitor, control and visualize in the Internet of Things

The rule.box with Node-RED forms the heart of simple or complex IoT installations. This two-part workshop "Monitor, Control and Visualize in the Internet of Things" also conveys sound basic knowledge.

In the general part we guide you through setting up the box and integrating devices using standard and expansion nodes. Using sample flows you learn how to perform simple monitoring and automation tasks. For acquired switching signals and measurement data you create visualizations and make the acquired data available through an IoT cloud (e.g. Microsoft, Amazon or Google) securely and reliably for access at other locations.

In the practical part you implement your own IoT application. Either bring your own project idea or carry out a practical assignment we provide.
