From your idea to the finished solution

The process from your ideal to the finished solution

In the following, you will receive basic information on the process of our agile IoT service. We work in small steps and transparently so that you always know where you stand.

Initial conversation: In an initial exchange, by telephone or by e-mail if you wish, you describe your idea/your problem and we clarify initial questions together. The initial meeting is non-binding and free of charge.

Estimate: Then we roughly estimate the time needed to reach the targeted solution. For larger tasks or ambiguities, we give an initial estimate of the time we expect to need to clarify the task.

Order placement: You instruct us to start the work, and we will charge no more than the number of hours stated in advance. The hourly rate is 120€.

Ongoing: For ongoing work we define time budgets until the next respective milestone. As soon as this is reached, we agree on the interim result and define the next step with a new time budget.

Milestones: When the milestone is reached, you can easily assess whether the work is progressing on the agreed terms and according to your wishes. If you lose confidence in the joint path, you can cancel the process at any time. You will only be billed for the work performed up to the point of termination. There are no additional cancellation charges.
