The Web-API and the Socket-API in our Web-IO products enables easy access from nearly any high level language (C, C#, C++, VB, VB.net, Java, Delphi, Python, PHP, JavaScript and many more).
Querying and controlling the IOs can be done either using readable commands (Web-API and ASCII sockets) or binary structures (BINARY sockets). Access is simply but highly performant and requires no additional drivers or DLLs.
For socket access either TCP or UDP can be used. With Web-API, HTTP-/HTTPS requests are employed.
