How can an RFID Server be made accessible over the Internet?

By using TCP/IP, which as a protocol also forms the basis of the entire Internet, from here you can of course use any existing network infrastructure - including the Internet itself. One simple way of making RFID Servers reachable worldwide even without an officially assigned IP address is to use NAT (Network Address Translation), which is integrated in many WAN routers.
