The great flexibility of Node-RED as well as the considerable offering of available expansion nodes make possible the implementation of both simple and complex automation tasks. But what happens when you meet a roadblock along the way? Here we are able to help you via remote access (e.g. AnyDesk and by phone).

During your appointment you describe to us what is expected and what is actually happening in your flow. Together we analyze the reason for the malfunction and ideally will fix it directly. If the cause is identified but too complex for immediate correction, we will be glad to help as part of a programming service.

A joint analysis at our facility in Wuppertal is also possible as part of a Coaching feature.
